My Dear announce debut album, share dreamy new track ‘Dreamer’

It’s common knowledge that we’ve got a soft spot for French husband and wife duo My Dear.
If you’re not familiar, they’re Romain Seo and his wife Blanche Seo. Romain was an important member of Crydamoure (Guy-Man’s) French house label in the late 90s, where he released a few tracks under the name Buffalo Bunch alongside Guy-man’s lesser-known brother Paul de-Homem Christo, basically — he’s a bit of legend.
His wife, on the other hand, is an exquisite vocalist and successful journalist in her native France, too.
A couple of year’s ago, we were sent a mysterious email from My Dear, before we knew any of the above, and it included a link to a track called ‘Standing In This Dream’, alongside a video produced by Daft Punk’s production company Daft Arts — and ever since we’ve been hooked.
Since then, the duo has been gradually gaining steam with spots on Kitsune’s recent compilation, and they’ve also scored syncs on TV ads and movies.
2018 is set to be their biggest year to date as they’re finally ready to release their debut album, something we’ve been waiting for a while now.
The album, titled ‘Together We Go’, will be released on 30th March but before that, the duo have unveiled a brand-new single, ‘Dreamer’, which is inspired by disco legend Giorgio Moroder.
Check out the dreamy ‘Dreamer’ below and look out for their debut album next month, and the duo has a new My Dear website to check out, too.
